Sesto’s Ristorante Menu Design
This menu design uses a minimal layout and generous white space to create a refined, upscale dining experience. A classic Italian color palette grounds the design in tradition, with olive branch accents furthering the idea. The hand-lettered logo introduces a personal, familial touch. Together, these elements strike a balance between elegance and warmth, inviting guests into a space that feels both elevated and heartfelt.
Creative Process
My first thought was to incorporate the colors of the Italian flag, commonly associated with Italian cuisine. I aimed to strike a cord between vintage and modern while keeping a structurally sound layout that adheres clearly to a grid. Research for this project included creating an original group of menu items and comparing visuals of other restaurants including their visual brand identities and menu layouts.
